Hilton Short Hills Hotel

The bed was heaven sent

Just a little pricey but it's not a killer .

This was a terrific affordable hotel in a great and perfect location. The staff were good at all times. I was satisfied with immaculate and clean rooms complete with very good storage space as well as coffee.

The room was very nice, the staff courteous and being across from the Short Hills Mall very convenient.

The restaurant and lounge food were not very good especially for the prices they charged. The entrance to the hotel from the road was not easy or clearly marked.

I like that the rooms have finally been renovated! I have been coming here for years, and the new renovations make a lot of difference!

As a returning customer, who has been coming to this facility for the past 15 years, I was very disappointed that the Executive Lounge is no longer open on Weekends! Besides the location across the Short Hills Mall, this is one of the main reasons I have chosen to stay at this property over the years!!! Lucky weekday business travelers :(

The buffet breakfast was a standout, with delicious regional jams that impressed many guests. The staff's poor communication led to multiple guests missing a significant wedding ceremony due to late check-ins, showcasing a troubling lack of adequate service. The room, while large and clean, felt outdated and lacked the modern amenities expected from a hotel of this caliber.

First room was filthy, second room after complaint was almost as bad

Reservations were messed up. I was able to show them the email from Booked.net and they worked it out but we were in a handicap room with a show door that leaked all over the floor.

The location is convenient and appears to have some recent remodeling in some areas.

I have been a guest at the Hilton at Short Hills since it originally opened. It has been a while since I last stayed and noticed it is not quite as "refined". Orchids used to be in vases on bathroom vanity, the pool area was dirty. Trash strewn about and hair all over the pool decking. Also due to landscaping the decking had mulch and dirt which was all over your feet if you entered and exited the pool and returned to your chaise.

They charged me a fee to shorten my stay because I used Booked.net. Even though booking .com said I would not be penalized by them

no minibar bad carpet on the floors no investments since over 10years looks very old no fresh fruits and fitness food at breakfast dirty windows in the room

Location: the hotel was near the nicest malls, restaurants here and stores. We stopped by Starbucks for coffee and treats, it was around 10-15 minutes walk from the venue.
